Oxford Ledger Book Signing Event
October 2, 2018
Thanks to all who attended by book sales and signing event at the Oxford Public Ledger offices on Tuesday, October 2nd. It was great to see some of my former students, or parents of former students who filled me in on their post-middle school accomplishments, as well as reminiscing with colleagues with whom I taught at NGMS, and so many loyal readers of my weekly column in the Ledger.
I also appreciate the well wishes conveyed to me by those who wanted to attend, but could not. Perhaps you can attend my next book event at Lit Fest on Saturday, October 20th from noon till six at Page 158 Books in Wake Forest, and/or the local artist reception that will follow from 6 to 7 p.m. that evening. More info about this event is available at .
Please bear in mind that all proceeds from sales of my book—I Learned More Than Them; True Story—will go to fund grant requests from teachers seeking to take their students on field trips.
With the holidays fast approaching, perhaps you will consider giving a copy of my book to a teacher. They will enjoy, and relate to, it.
